Peter And  Monique Trouszewski 

Peter Truszewski, sculptor and owner of Tahoe Log Works, was born in Lodz, Poland and raised in the mountain community of Zakopane. He received a Masters Degree in Fine Arts with a major in Sculpture from the University of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Peter moved to the US in 1987. He has been the featured artist in many galleries in the West Coast showing bronze and wood sculpture.

My name is Randy Dawson and I am the owner and sole woodworker of Plum Creek Works of Northern California. I’d like to tell you a little about the furniture I create. Each chair or barstool starts as native Black Oak found in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. I handpick quality pieces of oak for their natural features such as hints of red, check marks, unique curves and shape, patterns, and spotting. Each piece is then naturally air-cured and aged for one year or more. Every piece of each barstool or chair is individually fitted and hand finished.

All our products except lighting are 100% impervious to weather. Use them inside, outside or outback. We guarantee the structural integrity as long as you own them. We have graced Yosemite and Yellowstone since the 1980's, 6 Flags, Disney, even McDonalds use our products, with the result...they are virtually indestructible. Custom orders and sizes are welcome. Over a decade ago, artist/designer Terry Hertz developed the first in what was to become an absolutely unique line of primitive and western furniture. Using exclusively old, well seasoned beams and timbers (from old homes, mills, mines, bridges, and other exotic sources), he locates and rebuilds old wagon wheels which are then creatively joined to form Alpha Omega's best selling Wagon Wheel BenchTM, "We are very proud of the fact that we are able to offer such items of rich and lasting beauty, without having to 'sacrifice' a single tree", says Terry, the Corporation's President and CEO.
